Add a Switchboard App to a Phone Number


Add the following components to your Callflow, see illustration below:

Caller is greeted by the Attendant (thank you for calling) and then placed on hold and placed in a queue until you or your call operator transfers the call to your desired location.

You should only use the Switchboard App if you are a small to medium size business that operates with a receptionist or call operator to answer and mange incoming calls.

Note: Switchbox is only available if you choose a XPBX Plan.
