What are routes used for?


Routes are used to manage call flow from your Contacts

When a contact calls your phone number, calls are routed to the destination set for that contact.

Make sure you add routes to each contact before using the Contact app in your Callflow.

IMPORTANT: Routes work like a filter and can only be used with contacts. When you receive an inbound call, Boogo looks in your contacts for the contacts caller id, if the caller id is not found, the call fails.

Routes is ideal if you have an important group of contacts you want to route directly to your private phone or destination. You know all inbound calls are people you know.

You can personalize your routes to match a group of contacts or target a select few and route those calls to any destination.
